On XX/XX/XXXX there was an error made by XXXX - I got through to mgmt and they reversed the erroneous pending charges. I called my bank and they reversed the charges on the XXXX of XXXX. However, today 2 of the three erroneous charges reappeared. I spent hours on phone with XXXX and bank. I provided J.P. Morgan chase withe reversal codes and escalated to executive office of chase where XXXX assigned case # XXXX to XXXX and even though XXXX provided reversal codes on pending charges - Chase is refusing to give me my money - to be clear I owe XXXX nothing and have paid for everything and because of their refusal to fix the issue that is no fault of mine - I am overdrawn- this should be illegal when the vendor supplied the referral codes. Additionally, the pending charges were on the XXXX not the XXXX - the phone number for XXXX at chase research exec office is XXXX x XXXX- the reversal code for the XXXX is XXXX and for the XXXX is XXXX. I have never had a bank do this and I never overdraft my acct! I have had this acct a long time. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX
