I obtained the XXXX card because they allowed your rewards to be used to buy Crypto, then they said I needed to enable the feature on the app and submit documents to verify my ID- I did that - they asked that I wait 2-3 business days. I waited 5, XXXX then escalated the issue and asked that I wait 10 business days - I did that. Now they say that they don't know why the feature is not working and there is nothing they can do about it. Now, I asked them to close the account and they are giving me the run around saying I need to contact a third-party bank?! I want the account closed and I intend to sue in small claims.
