I have previously made a compliant on Chase Bank. They allowed XXXX separate fraudulent wire transfers to come out of my account WITHOUT my permission! I have yet to have a resolution with Chase! They first sent me the incorrect forgery packet. I have given every single piece of evidence and every report I have filed ( with police, and FBI ) looks like Im going to have to find an attorney because they closed my case sending me a different forgery packet. They have had over 2 months to respond and they have yet to get in contact or able to give me any answers on the status of the claim other than me receiving a paper stating they are once again closing my claim. They tried to close my claim in the beginning without investigating. XXXX is approaching and I need my funds back into my account. I feel very taken advantage of and violated by this company. I thought me putting my money into a bank was a safe idea, obviously not when they can get away with stealing your funds right under your nose without your permission.
