Hello Here, I am writing here asking for help with a recent case that happened with my disputing a change from United Airline to my Chase account. I made a purchase through XXXX for one ticket ( ticket A ) for my mother on XX/XX/2021, and because of the COVID situation, we adjusted the flight date several times on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/2021 with several additional charge transections. On XX/XX/2021, I brought another ticket ( ticket B ) for my wife so she can fly with my mother. On XX/XX/XXXX, we decided to upgrade the two ticket, so there is an additional charge with the upgrade. However, because ticket A and ticket B has different original value ( meaning we payed more for ticket A to start with ), the two tickets should be changed different amount when upgrade. The ticket A has an original value of {$4700.00}, and ticket B has an original value of {$4100.00}. When we upgrade the ticket to a value of {$5100.00}, ticket A should be changed for {$440.00} and ticket B should be charged {$1000.00}. This is correctly reflected on our receipt from XXXX ( attachment 1 ). However, XXXX has incorrectly charged me two times of {$1000.00}, whereas one of the charge should be {$440.00}. I have communicated this issue with Chase. But chase decided not to return my money with a letter did not explain why ( attachment 2 ).
