Consumer Narrative
Been receiving calls to collect debt that I owe to Synchrony Bank, decided to call them to have them stop calling me late in the evenings. Since I've made that call, the past 2 days I receive calls where I decline and it immediately rings again. I have received over 150 calls in 2 hours!! I had to place my phone on Do Not Disturb just so my work would not be interrupted. They said they have no record of this happening and but they will try to investigate into this further, I already have screenshots and videos of them calling be repeatedly. This is something I have never experienced before in my life.
