was contact in a letter by best buy stating you must use your card before XX/XX/2021, or account will be closed, on card number ending in XXXX, made a purchase for XXXX cents, payment was due XXXX XXXX of XXXX dollars that was paid, it was stated the payment was not made, a late fee was charge on account, calls were made to card company all non-English speaking person came to the phone as to speak to a XXXX person they hung up the phone this went on for some time you will be on the phone for hours waiting to speak to someone, was trying to take care of this, it was not until filing a complaint with XXXX that an XXXX person came to the phone?, it was at that point a XXXX payment was than due, for XXXX Minimum payment, a call was made asking about the XXXX dollar payment it was made call the bank it show payment was made, Best Buy lied about the payment, and reported that to the credit Bureau as late, who has two accounts the other one is XXXX, and has never been late on all payments until the other card was used, there was a XXXX dollar payment made on the XXXX account a call was made again requesting information on that payment another none speaking XXXX person came to the phone again could not understand when talking as for an XXXX person, this first person stated they saw that a payment of XXXX dollars was put to the wrong account and was going to be put to the right account and a letter was going to mail showing the change, never came call back again later and was told the XXXX was never put to the account and needed to make a payment, all this time charges are being added to the two accounts late fees, also a letter came stating card number ending in XXXX was decrease the credit on your best buy account the new credit limit is XXXX dollars from XXXX dollars, the reason delinquent credit obligation on account, payment was made, best by states payment was not received XX/XX/2021 due date late fee XXXX dollars payment due was not received for two consecutive billing cycles best buy account ending in XXXX was reported as 30 days past due in XX/XX/2021, the late fee were later removed bank account show is not to be the case at all, credit report went from XXXX, the credit agreement states 45 days before any changes to account, this account was changes within days, it looks like best was out to destroy the good credit on account and lower the credit limit on account from XXXX to XXXX right at the amount of the credit card balance, has always paid on time on all accounts to this point, not understanding, what is going on both accounts no payment, after using the one card after was told to used it or account was going to be closed, used it and all this happen, never before had no problem on the other card at all payment were all made on time, because of the lie look what happen to account, has documents from bank showing payments were made, did all that could be done to keep this from happing but all these no speaking XXXX employee is part of the problem, the last call was ok it was an XXXX, and was very nice made payments on accounts, request bill payment statements, for each account, believe this is all because of not using the credit card, after doing so look what happen????
