Purchase car XX/XX/XXXX in the middle of open XXXX XXXX. Past due on account, instead of Prestige just reporting me late, they reported my account as paid off and as a New BK, when my BK discharged on XX/XX/XXXX. I sent email to complain and XXXX emailed me back. XXXX stated I have reviewed your account history, our reporting of that history, as well as the Prestige tradelines for all 3 credit reporting agencies. I was able to see where your report shows that this account is included with your bankruptcy filed in XX/XX/XXXX. This is not information Prestige has provided to the bureaus, and I am not sure why they are reporting this information. I have sent a manual update to remove the bankruptcy information and report the correct account information, which you should see in the next few business days. XX/XX/XXXX, recvd an alert stating account has been closed and now dropped my score to XXXX, included in BK. instead of XXXX
