Synchrony Bank ( managing PayPal credit card ) has placed a fraudulent charge in my PayPal credit card. Have have been constantly harassing with phone calls asking to pay something I bought using my PayPal money that is in my PayPal account. They call me from the phone # XXXX XXXX XXXX demanding payment. I have spoke to them back in XXXX and XXXX XXXX and also this past XX/XX/21. When I requested to speak to a manager and confronted him about the fraudulent charges, he came up with the excuse that back in XX/XX/21, I had made some purchases from a XXXX online store named XXXX and the PayPal money account had requested their help. I told this manager that the credit card is not involved in any form or way in the mentioned purchase. I explained to him again that I paid with my PayPal money and that the purchase was returned to XXXX in XX/XX/21 because they falsely advertised the merchandise and sent me something I could not use. I asked this man to close the credit card PayPal account ( which I never asked for ). I want these crooks to stop bothering me and to remove any notice that may have added to my credit report.
