My car was repossessed with Santander! I got behind on payments during covid. They gave me XXXX time of covid relief and then after that they said they couldnt help me anymore. Ive spoke to someone last month and she told me as long as i made two payments last month i would be in the clear. I made the two payments. I walked out my house this morning and my car was gone. The last letter I got from Santander was telling me i was preselected for financing another car. I never even got a phone call. I tried calling Santander and they are closed on Sundays! How can you repo someones car in a Sunday and then be closed. I have kids, a XXXX XXXX XXXX grandma. I need to know where my car is so i can atleast scrape together what I can to get it back.
