On XX/XX/XXXX I placed an ordered through the BestBuy website for a couple of items which one was the XXXX XXXX to be able to pick it up at the store. When I arrived at the XXXX XXXX store, they said they did not have the item and it was already sold. Because of this I opted to buy the XXXX XXXX at a different location which was the XXXX XXXX store in Florida. When I went to make my payment on the BestBuy site, I noticed the balance owed was more than it should have been. Came to realized that I was being charged twice for the XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$1000.00}. I called and filed a fraud claimed after being informed at the store to do so since it shows that the laptop was picked up on XX/XX/XXXX by me. But this was not the case since I was actually working that day. This has not been resolved since it happened and Best Buy is unwilling to return credit simply because it shows on their system that the item was picked up by me.
