On XX/XX/2021 XXXX charges in the amounts of {$220.00} and {$5.00} appeared on my XXXX XXXX XXXX with Bank of America. The description of these charges says XXXX XXXX XXXX CA. I do not have an account with either of these companies and do not do business with them. When I called the number they were unable to help me because, of course, I do not have an account with them. I then contacted Bank of America and reported the fraudulent charges and Bank of America reversed the charges the following day, XX/XX/2021, closed my account and mailed me a new credit card. I thought that was the end of it but on XX/XX/2021 the charge for {$220.00} reappeared on my account as part of the balance due. The charge for {$5.00} has not reappeared. The reason given by Bank of America for charging me back for this fraudulent charge was that the merchant has provided documentation confirming I received the merchandise or service. I immediately started calling Bank of America and talked to numerous persons on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, 2021. I requested the most basic information so I could explain why this isn't my charge which is the name of the merchant, the item I supposedly purchased and when and where it was delivered. Bank of America has not furnished me with any of that information. In Bank of America 's denial letter the transaction description is blank. XXXX can't help me, XXXX can't help me and Bank of America won't help me. Please help me.
