I had a XXXX XXXX credit card with Chase Bank. The account was transferred to XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. After the transfer took place, XXXX XXXX issued XXXX credits in the amount of XXXX each for airline tickets purchased on XX/XX/XXXX against the credit card I used for the original purchase. Unfortunately, that card had been closed by Chase and a new card issued. When my Chase account was transferred to XXXX these credits were not transferred over. Chase tells me they no longer have access to my account and can not help. XXXX has confirmed they did not receive the credits and they have not been able to get Chase to help.
