On XX/XX/2020 I had a larger deposit in which was for my back XXXX, I was made aware via email by workforce XXXX I had then gone over to my Citibank app to enter my acct to situate the money to a couple other accounts to pay on bills and whatnot since my woman owned small business took a huge hit from the pandemic, and had no income, and when I do finally get my XXXX, its basically to no avail! But, back to after entering the app, I could not gain access to my funds, I msg from the app to Citibank via the app messenger, but theyre stating theres no block on it, but yes there was, and yes, THERE STILL, I again, try just yesterday, THEYRE still staying my acct is active, to call in, even after I signed a form yesterday, every time, like as a year ago, all seem to going fine, till I get put on hold for them to access my acct, theyll then return very different acting n say, theres no problem, but call in to the said department.. XXXX was contacted immediately of the occurrence, Im not clear what happened there, nothing that helped me.. I have all correspondences, emails from them since ... and also, the probably 30-40 CALLS Id made prior, just endless transfers to representatives that are barely able to even be understood, but all to have said the same, not a problem, some say yes, was a block they put, but its been lifted.. I just want into my acct n get my money they stole! Please help me... thanks and god bless.
