I met with Bank officials at Key Bank, XXXX, XXXX in XX/XX/2021, regarding being charged, penalized & deducted from my checking account, {$140.00}. I asked if this was a state or federal requirement, as opposed to just bank policy. I was advised that this was a state law. I requested that they provide me with the appropriate legal site to the law, which they were unable or unwilling to do. To this day, I have not received any proof that this is a New York State requirement. I am on a fixed income and the banks policy can only be described as usurious! I respectfully request you investigate Key Banks policy of penalizing account holders in the use of their money. Thank you. XXXX XXXX XXXX
