I received a copy of my credit report and saw that Choice Recovery was listed as the account holder for an account. I had never recieved any notifications from this company that I owed them a debt. I sent letters to validate the debt on XX/XX/2021 and never recieved a response. I sent follow up letters on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021 and still have yet to receive a response from Choice Recovery. I would like to have this account deleted from my credit report because Choice Recovery has failed to validate this debt and send me a response in a timely manner. I have also filed disputes with the credit bureaus of which I have not heard from them either. Choice Recovery is listed on XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. This month I noticed that XXXX is reporting the same account twice with different account numbers! All the other data is the same except the account numbers. I am filing this complaint for myself and have included my ID, copies of the credit report, and copies of the letters I have sent to Choice Recovery.
