I opened a credit card in late XXXX. I have already enrolled my bank information with BOA because I use autopay. I have not received a bill for this new account. I logged online to file a dispute about a recent purchase only to learn that my account was overdue three days and I had been charged almost {$50.00} interest the day prior. I immediately paid the bill online with the bank info already on file with BOA and re-signed up for autopay which was unexpectedly not active for this specific account, though it was active for others. I chatted with a rep who promised to refund back the {$29.00} late fee but not the almost {$50.00} in one days interest on {$3300.00} total charges. I explained that I did not know I was overdue because I have bot received a paper bill as promised and also should have been on autopay like my other BOA credit cards. I also explained that my husband had XXXX XXXX in XXXX and readmitted in XXXX that we have spent weeks in the hospital and don't need any erroneous fees. My credit score is also very important to me- I have NO LATE bills EVER in decades.
