I contacted XXXX to refinance my car. My new loan is through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The contract was signed in XX/XX/2021. My pay off check was received by Chase on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX XXXX, signed for by XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, Texas. My car has NOT yet been paid off. It has caused a huge financial hardship for me because I am now paying on TWO active loans. Chase took {$500.00} from me on XX/XX/2021. I paid {$430.00} to my new lender on XX/XX/2021. Chase owes me so far a total of {$1000.00}. I have called Chase numerous times and my refinance company. Chase claimed it would be processed by XX/XX/2021. I called today, XX/XX/2021 and now they are claiming Monday, XX/XX/2021. My credit has also been effected.
