I keep getting text messages that my Citibank account has been frozen or that there are purchases made that I did not authorize ; all direct me to a link. Sometimes they ask for account info, sometimes they send an XXXX XXXX code. The punctuation and capitalization are often incorrect. However, I called my Citibank credit card directly and they said that my card is not frozen nor does it have any of these aforementioned charges. The texts are coming in on these numbers : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am also on the do not contact list. Despite that, I have asked that they remove me ASAP, but no luck.
