I am coming out the XXXX XXXX and back to work full time. During the pandemic I lost all of my income. I am now back to work full time and can afford to make payments. I was told by SPS to apply for the loan modification and applied. I went through the process and was declined. I was declined for insufficient income. I have a complaint with the review I went through with SPS. I don't feel like SPS processed my file correctly. SPS stated my income was {$1400.00}. I have now idea where that number came from. That is not the income I submitted. I was told during the pandemic that the process was pretty easy to resolve by SPS for resolving the forbearance. I am filing a complaint in an effort to resolve and save my home.
