I pre-purchased the car at XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 and my signed my portion of the documents that day. My cosigner came to the dealership on XX/XX/2021 or XX/XX/2021 to complete their portion of the finance documents. My cosigner was first given someone else 's finance documents to sign then when realizing the issue, they notified the finance person working with them. The correct documents then were signed, and no copy of the finance documents were given to the cosigner. I went to pick-up the car around XX/XX/2021 when it was delivered to the dealership. I only received a one-page document for the registration for the car. I asked for my copy of the finance documents and was told they sent a copy with my cosigner. I left the dealership and contacted my cosigner who confirmed not receiving the documents. I've myself called requesting a copy when I started to get letters wanting to extend my warranty from the same company, I purchased warranty from when financing my car. My cosigner has also called requesting the documents and the person in the finance department was rude and pretty much told us we missed placed them. I made sure they had correct mailing address for cosigner and myself, and I still have not received a copy of my finance documents. I want a copy of my documents to confirm everything is correct.
