On XX/XX/2021, I paid the balance {$8900.00} but I inputed the wrong number, because I thought the account number is the wire number. I contacted with the bank to tell the truth, and the customer service told me that they know it now. One reject payment would not close the account, unless you have two rejected payment. This is Synchrony bank rule. I only have this one time reject payment, so I paid my full balance at {$9200.00} on XX/XX/2021 including the orders still pending and undelivered. The statement is shown up in XX/XX/2021. I paid the full balance after 1 day. On XX/XX/2021, Synchrony bank closed my amazon store card account. Their reason is that they thought I could not pay my balance. This is unreasonable. I have {$710.00} rewards on my account, and they don't give it bank to me when they close this account. They don't have any reasons to close my account unless they try to un-pay my rewards.
