I have reached out to XXXX multiple times as well as the company I extended credit " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am also aware of my right to refuse any payment 16 Usc 1692c ( C ) and its also my right to have privacy which they have infringed upon it by giving access to a 3rd party debt collector with the attempt to collect a debt. I called them and spotted out multiple violations I also have a recording of the call in which the supervisor was very rude and not helpful at all as he kept interrupting me letting me know he doesn't care that I know my laws as I was stating the ones violated.
