I have a BestBuy Visa. I had received an offer in XX/XX/2021, which I activated through my email. The Citibank offer stated ( sometime in the first half of 2021 ) I'd receive {$75.00} in rewards if I spent {$750.00} on utility charges on my card. I did exactly do what the offer stated. However, I did not get the rewards. When I called, they said I need to wait for 6-8 weeks. I waited a lot more than that. I waited a few months, and nothing was every provided. I called in XX/XX/2021, and they had me on the phone for XXXX minutes with Citi and BestBuy rewards team and they said I would be receiving the {$75.00} reward in my email. I waited several weeks nothing happened. I called again today and was on the phone for XXXX minutes with the supervisor. She tried call XXXX and was on hold. She then said she had to go, and I can talk to them directly. After terrible customer service from both Citi and XXXX, I have no energy left to be on the phone again after being on the call for XXXX minutes in the last 2 calls. I asked to speak to another supervisor, and she said she was it. I have no hope of recovering anything if I call XXXX directly or through Citi. # NorespectforCustomer
