The exchange credit program ( Military Star Card ) https : //www.myecp.com isn't allowing its customers to make more than one payment in a billing cycle. I have attached a screenshot of their error message when an attempt is made to make more than one payment in a billing cycle. My scheduled automatic payment is on the 12th, and I tried to make a second payment this morning, the 16th. They would not let me because they don't want their customers to make payments that wouldn't be subjected to fees and interest like the minimum monthly payment is. They aren't allowing their customers to lower their balances without penalty. Would you please look into this? This feels illegal and as if it is an unfair practice.
