XXXX submitted 401k packet solidifing acct held with citibank since employment term back in XXXX By XXXXdocuments were recieved via fax to withdraw 401k ( Documents sent via fax 2xs ) ( Documents emailed XXXX xs ) As of XXXX-additional paperwrk received ( originally submitted but then advised not needed then requested then adv it was received originally but back dated to XXXX when originally sent billed for that cycle had claim been worked effentially wouldnt be outdated then being advised different things 2-3 different occasions from managers ) From XXXX to XXXX nothing has been done in regards to my request to process closure for my 401k. Citibank knows we can not go into the office there fore they are conducting a long strenuous process to make it difficult for holders to close accounts. When i called today during business hours they had my number routed to a vm indicating call back during business hours i call checking citi they transf me over i get put on hold for a rep who never returns citibank is definitely a fraud and i want to know my legal options
