Ok so I was buying a XXXX XXXX XXXX from the official XXXX site. XXXX uses XXXX and I was not aware of the bad reviews of this site thus making me buy 3 XXXX XXXX XXXX 's which each cost {$10.00} making it {$30.00}. After I purchased them 5 minutes after I received an email saying " We're sorry. We were unable to process your XXXX XXXX XXXX order from XXXX. Settled charges will be refunded to the original form of payment. Pending authorizations do not represent capture of funds and will expire according to the policies of the financial institution. '' And after a long 6 hours I have not received any money on my debit card. The customer support doesn't give a XXXX about you. They don't even bother to respond.
