My Wayfair credit card has been frozen for more than 2 months. No one can help. I dont even know the reason. Every time I check in, I cant talk to the customer service department at the phone number on the back of the card. Instead, Im transferred to a Wayfairs. In other departments, I even asked them to transfer to the customer service department, but every time it was blocked, and strangely they asked me to explain why I need to transfer to the customer service department, and it is necessary. The last time I even deceived me and the translator and put me and the translator on the line for about 20 minutes, knowing that the translator asked me to call again because there was no answer for too long.
