I initiated a dispute of {$250.00} against XXXX XXXX XXXX on my Chase United Quest credit card in XXXX, as they ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) did not provide the service that they promised. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from Chase saying that the merchant responded and that Chase was agreeing with the merchant and considered the dispute closed. Along with the letter from Chase was an attached letter from the Vice President of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I read through the lead where he made numerous false statements against me, and I immediately called Chase asking to re-open the dispute. I called Chase and was told I had to fax my account of events along with any evidence that I had. On XX/XX/XXXX, I faxed my statements along with evidence that the Vice President of XXXX XXXX XXXX was lying and that they never provided the service that I had paid for. Chase sent me a letter on XX/XX/XXXX, again, saying that they considered the dispute closed. I called Chase again in which the Customer Service Representative told me that Chase took the original letter that XXXX XXXX XXXX published as evidence, and did not ask for further evidence even though the letter I faxed in clearly showed that XXXX XXXX XXXX was at fault. I told Customer Service Representative that I wanted to re-open the dispute again and they told me that the time period for that has expired. Chase 's unwillingness to even read my letter, which clearly showed XXXX XXXX XXXX 's deceptive business practices is what led me to file this complaint. I am attaching my dispute letter to, and all the evidence I submitted to Chase below.
