XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX issued me a check after closing out my deceased father 's checking account. They sent me a check for {$7300.00} but it was stolen on XX/XX/2021. My signature was forged and the check was cashed at a Chase location. I submitted a Declaration of Lost Cashiers Check and a notarized Claim of Forged/Unauthorized/Altered Check Declaration to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2021 Chase told XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that they would issue me a cashiers check. On XX/XX/2021 I received an email from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX saying, " We were notified on XX/XX/2021 That Chase Bank would be sending a check to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. As soon as that check is received by our back office they will notify me to issue you a new check. I will reach out to you as soon as I get the okay to process this. '' XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has followed up with Chase on numerous occasions since that date and as of XX/XX/XXXX, I have still not sent the cashiers check. I've tried to reach the right person at Chase to complain to but they refuse to give me any contact information. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX claims that Chase is now unresponsive to their emails.
