XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX Using a Lowes Credit Card I made a purchase ( ~ {$1500.00} ) at Lowes XXXX New York some three months back ~ XXXX. Lowes was not able to deliver the item. Lowes credited my Credit for the amount of that purchase. Aften ~three month of me making other purchases at Lowes using my Lowes credit card, SYNCHRONY BANK decided to refund the remain credit card balance of {$1000.00}. They debited my account for that amount on XX/XX/2021. I called SYNCHRONY BANK reguarding the debit to my credit card on XX/XX/2021 and they ( XXXX ) said that a check was sent ( by XXXX ) to me on XX/XX/2021. I did not receive that check. on XXXX I again called SYNCHRONY BANK and told them that I still have not received a refund check from them. A asked them for a tracking number but they refused. SYNCHRONY BANK would not provide me with any tracking information or any proof that they actually sent refund. To date : I have not received the refund by check and I am out {$1000.00}. Can you please help me?
