I had a checking and savings accounts with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. I deposited a check signed by my father in the amount of {$30000.00} on XX/XX/2019 that was made out to me. The payor bank was XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019 immediately transferred the funds of {$30000.00} to Chase Bank. Chase Bank used a computer program software called " XXXX '' to " hack '' and " cybertheft '' two checks of my father 's XXXX XXXX XXXX checking account without his prior consent. Based on those two cybertheft checks, Chase Bank stole {$30000.00} from my checking account and refused to return the money. Chase Bank claimed that the signature on the deposited check was " forged ''. Chase Bank without cause closed my checking account on XX/XX/2019. Chase Bank never proved the allegation of forgery on that check. I tried to recover the funds directly from Chase Bank because the money was earmarked to pay for my father 's funeral and burial expenses, however, Chase Bank refused to return the money. My father 's funeral and burial arrangements had to be delayed for six weeks. Eventually, I had to initiate a arbitration claim against Chase Bank to recover the money and other damages caused by Chase Bank 's refusal to return the money. The arbitrator forced Chase Bank to return the money with interest for the eleven months Chase Bank had stole the money. However, the arbitrator refused to force Chase Bank to pay for other damages such as emotional distress, interference with my father 's funeral arrangements, closure of my checking account, interference with my ACH agreements with third parties, Chase Bank 's illegal discovery of private banking documents ( tax forms and bank balance ) from my father 's XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX checking account. I am entitled to recover the other damages that the arbitrator refused to force Chase Bank to pay. I am submitting this complaint requesting the CFPB to assist me in the recovery of {>= $1,000,000} from Chase Bank for its criminal activities. Chase Bank should not be licensed or chartered to do business with the public. I firmly believe that Chase Bank 's actions were motivated by XXXX discrimination against me that a XXXX man having {$30000.00} being deposited in his checking account must be the result of some illegal activities on the XXXX man 's part. XXXX people do not have that kind of money legally. Chase Bank has had a history of discrimination claims brought by XXXX employees that resulted in a {>= $1,000,000} settlement. Chase Bank has had history of discriminating against poor and XXXX customers such as refusing to provide " private client '' customer perks to the poor and XXXX customers.
