The apartments management changed and ownership changed several times. They would send out letters stating this. This caused a lot of missed communication. We then spoke with a lady name XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) who worked in the business office. We did a mutual Agreement. Because of the inconsistency with fixing things and not being able to tell us what the xtra fees on our rent bill was. No eviction was filed. We also have a letter stating the balance we owe. It says XXXX. We reached out to the apartments for several months, they told us its in collection We then reach out to the collection agency. The balance on my credit profile was XXXX I called and spoke and asked for a payment plan. They said no. Pay in full. Then about 2 days later the amount went up to XXXX they added XXXX. We called again asked why did the amount get raised? After the phone call. They raised the balance to XXXX dollars.. My lawyer has reached out numberous times. No response.. This is ruining my life. Ive had to stay with family, not able to get a place of my own. I have two small children. I want to pay this off. But only the official amount.
