I had used a company named Sezzle for purchases and made payments back to this company then I get notification from XXXX XXXX I had a late payment to sezzle I filed a dispute with XXXX. I also emailed Sezzle and provided XXXX my payment history. They took it off my credit report next its reported again so I filed another dispute for XXXX and XXXX they found it was misreported and took it off. I paid off the remainder of the loan. I emailed with Sezzle customer care and they stated someone else used my email and the account belonged to someone else and I asked it be closed> So on XXXX I get a letter from XXXX stating i am 120 days past due and then it shows paid in full. I have never been deliquent on this loan and I also filed a police report I have been an identity theft victim in the past so I think the other persons account may have been reported on my old sezzle account this account is paid in full. I called XXXX on XXXX at XXXX est and filed another dispute on this matter. I am filing a complaint to get this off my credit I always paid this company and then paid it off in full. I try to call Sezzle with no luck and yet again sent another email to them regarding them misreporting on my credit report. I also made another police report.
