Hey so i been banking with chase since i was XXXX and now am XXXX, chase is my first ever bank and i always have spoken highly of chase as a bank and their customer service ALWAYS, But on XX/XX/XXXX i received a letter from chase saying that they were going to close my account on XX/XX/XXXX worried and confused i call chase support right away and i have to tell their customer service to me was rude and bad i dont know if it has to do with chase closing my account and basically werent helpful at all because i tried asking why my account was closed and ask if there is anything that i could do to fight this back because i dont think it is closing my account, not giving any reasons and not even giving a option to send someone an email or anything, because if if whatever the reason is they are closing my account is wrong and they are not letting me explain my self. and i have to add that today that am sending this email ( XXXX, XXXX, 2021 ) i went to a chase branch in person and basically same answers nobody wanted to help me in anyway, and right after i left the chase branch tried calling one last time to chase and this time their customer service to me was even worst, I just hope i can get help on this matter because it has affected me tremendously. Thanks in advance
