Chase decreased my credit limit without warning from XXXX XXXX to now just XXXX which is a XXXX decrease for no reason. When I reached out to Chase, Chase Bank gave no real explanation for the decrease. This has adversely affected me as I have had good credit with an exceptional payment history on all my credit accounts never ever late for over 15 years. Which I pride myself on always paying all my bills on time. I also Just paid off an auto loan in XX/XX/XXXX that is almost XXXX XXXX without any missed payments. When Chase Bank decreased my account it again adversely affected my credit score and caused my credit usage to Increase substantially in percentage from 35 percent to over 70 percent Chase has decreased my credit limit for no reason on my Chase Slate Card. I opened my Chase Slate card in XXXX. In almost 10 years my payment history is outstanding never missed a payment and I always pay more than the monthly payment amount. On XX/XX/XXXX, unbeknownst credit usage. A good credit usage is around 30 percent credit usage. A high credit usage of 50, 60, and 70 percent usage is not good. I have requested to have my balance reinstated which I could within one year and I have been denied. I have also been denied by Chase to increase my credit limit to any amount less than the original XXXX XXXX credit limit. I have also been denied for any balance transfer as well. Chase now claims my debt is too high to increase my limit which is false. Im not nowhere close to maxing my credit cards. I also currently have close to over XXXX XXXX available credit I dont feel this is right. This has caused me mental distress, and pain and suffering.
