Chase Mortgage has been reporting an unsecured personal line of credit tradeline ( that was originally originated by Washington Mutual and transferred to Chase through the WaMu acquisition ) as a mortgage product on my credit report for XXXX years. When I disputed the tradeline with XXXX in XXXX of XXXX, Chase Mortgage reported the account as still open, but was unable to locate the account when I called the number referenced on the tradeline ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and provided the account number listed on the XXXX or my PII ( XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The tradeline both before and after my XXXX dispute indicates the tradeline was paid and closed, with a last activity date of XX/XX/XXXX and a closure date of XX/XX/XXXX. I have attached the tradeline information from the dispute response from XXXX.
