I closed my Apple Card by Goldman SachXXXX Bank XXXX XXXX ) in XXXX of XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) GSB permitted a charge to my account in XXXX of XXXX ( XX/XX/2021 ). Numerous calls to GSB has not rectified this situation. GSB can not give me an answer as to whether this will happen again in the future. A closed account should mean closed and no longer accepting charges.
