I have been receiving repeated phone calls from Phoenix Financial XXXX XXXX, Indiana ( XXXX ) XXXX on my cell phone trying to reach somebody named XXXX XXXX. This has been going on for about 2-4 times a month for three years and Ive spoken on my phone dozens of times to them and theyve always agreed to take my cell phone number off their list but each time they have lied and didnt take it off their list at all. Ive never heard or do I know XXXX XXXX, he is not a friend, family member or acquaintance. Phoenix Financial Services uses a variety of Texas local phone numbers, the last being ( XXXX ) XXXX, when calling me and they always say or have a recorded opening that they are Phoenix Financial Services and that they are trying to collect a debt. I got my cell phone number ( XXXX ) in 2017 when I switched phone carriers ( XXXX ) in a move from XXXX to XXXX. My previous cell phone XXXX phone number was XXXX. I have asked them to stop calling or I will report them to the government many times and yet they continue to call me. I dont know what to do as they are constantly interrupting my day with their phone calls and it must stop.
