SPS is trying to put my house in foreclosure again. My bankruptcy case was recently dismissed and I asked SPS for mortgage assistance. First they said I just needed to send a RMA despite their website saying I need other forms. Then they said that they received all the documents they needed before I even sent the RMA. I dont think SPS is trying to help me with my mortgage.
