I was notified through a push notification and email from Chase Bank, that there was a suspected fraud transaction. The transaction was from XXXX XXXX, located in XXXX, TX, for the amount of {$4000.00}. This fraudulent transaction took place on XX/XX/2021. I immediately disputed this claim to Chase by calling their fraud department. The fraud department advised me that they had determined it was fraud and that the transaction was had tried to be processed numerous times before successfully charging my card. On XX/XX/2021, I received a letter in the mail from Chase that was dated XX/XX/2021, notifying me that my fraud claim had been denied.
