After I submitted the application, the sales agent from Bank of America, XXXX from XXXX, FL told me that there would be a waiting period. At this point, I asked to cancel the application and XXXX responded that it was too late and the application could not be cancelled. XXXX stated that I already gave consent, however I would have NOT given consent if I knew there was a waiting period. If Bank of America Sales Representative, XXXX had disclosed the waiting period I would not have given consent and I would not have signed up for the credit card.
