I applied on-line for a XXXX Chase credit card in XX/XX/2021. The Chase website application link for this credit advertised that upon completion of a $ XXXX spend within 90 days of account opening - I would receive XXXX XXXX points + additional points if I continued to spend on the card. ( see attachment of XXXX offer web page ). I never received the points so I contacted XXXX Customer Service 5 times and each time received the same response : ( no record of this offer ) They applied a {$300.00} credit on my account and a free night stay. No way near the value of the original offer. I then contacted the CEO and XXXX other executives and requested their help in resolving this issue. To date, I have not received a response.
