I was charged two transactions on my Amazon chase Visa card in XX/XX/2021. I contacted chase they issued a new credit card. They said they would remove the fraudulent transactions off my bill. I have contacted their fraud department over 20 times. They have conducted 4 investigations and told me I was responsible for one of the fraud transactions. {$1600.00}. I talked to numerous managers with no help. The charge is still on my card. Interest for over 8 months. I gave them all the evidence they asked for and they still say I owe the money. I have an email from a manager at XXXX stating these 2 transactions on XXXX XXXX were flagged as fraud and never delivered. I sent chase a copy of the email. I also sent them a screenshot of my order history and I have no orders or deliveries on that date. I am up against a wall. I have XXXX kids. I really need help with this
