I had filed a flaming of {$1900.00} because a package not delivered saying it was delivered. Its been past the 120 days almost 180 days now. Ive called every day since I filed a claim because I never got my package. Since the beginning the consumer Shouldve asked for the signature that was supposedly signed at the door. Not the merchant just sending dates and numbers of when it was delivered because when it was delivered it showed that someone signed at the door. Every time I call again they say the last agent gave Miss information but its all lies. When I called the most recent time they said they got information saying someone signed and that it was XXXX XXXX which doesnt make sense since its supposed to be a signed signature of my name.
