Consumer Narrative

Chase bank posted a fraudulent transaction for {$3800.00} earlier in the year. They started out by reversing the charge and I had my money and access to my account. Then, on XX/XX/2021 the fraudulent transaction was re-posted to my account and Chase will not reverse the charge at all. I've filed every form their company offers to get my money back and have been refused help by Chase.
