XX/XX/XXXX, I went to do some banking at CHASE Bank. I went in without a mask because I am mask exempt due to XXXX XXXX The Manager threatened to call the cops on me for not wearing the face covering and said he hoped to see me get arrested. This Manager then threatened to close my accounts down. I called XXXX to file a complaint and was connected with the Manager of the Manager I was filing a complaint against and was told that I must wear a mask in the bank even if I was exempt from doing so and that he was not going to reprimand the employee who threatened me. Weeks later, I discovered that both my checking and savings accounts were frozen. I was not allowed access to either of my accounts. Upon calling someone down at this bank, I was told I was trespassed from the property although I had never been told so nor contacted about such either. I was then told even though I was trespassed, I could still come through the drive-thru to withdraw a {$1000.00} a day. I asked to have them release my funds so this whole ordeal could be over and done with and was told no. Then was told I could take out half of my funds but still have to leave the remaining half in the accounts. DOES ANY OF THIS MAKE SENSE!? Then they informed me that as of XX/XX/XXXX, any and all remaining balances would be made into a cashiers ' check and all of my funds would be sent to me via the mail. That is a savings account with {$19000.00} in it and a checking account with {$55000.00} in it. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and no such check has arrived in my mail box. Also, I was never informed about my accounts being frozen or closed via mail, email, or phone call. I never received a letter indicating my accounts were going to be terminated. This is a serious offense on their part including many different factors. My money is federally insured and secured and I need answers immediately. Thank you for your time.
