Citibank advertises their shop your way program. You can receive points for using the card, and use those points at other merchants. The problem is you can not access your account. If you try to use your password it is not accepted and if you try to change the password itis not accepted. So I called Citibank to complain and they send your call to shop your way rewards. they do not answer the phone. I left a message for them to call, no call. I have XXXX points which is worth {$120.00} I can not use. if you get on the website you will see others have the same problem.
