On XX/XX/21 my bank contacted me about possible fraudulent activity on my prepaid XXXX debit card. I immediately same day called them and they told me {$280.00} was the amount and would issue a temporary credit of that amount ( which they did ). However, after hanging up I checked into my account and noticed there were hundreds of fraud amounts they did not account for. Actually over {$1000.00} more. I called back on XX/XX/21 and spoke to a few different people with Supervisor named XXXX being the last one. She advised me that I was correct and they would be issuing that amount to me within 90 days which I thought was abnormally long as why they were able to credit my account the first time within 3 day or so. I waited and just called again on XX/XX/21 and spoke to XXXX and was told they were still investigating and they still had until XX/XX/XXXX to complete. I just called again today XX/XX/21 just to check the status and now am being told it hasn't even been entered and that they have 90 days from THAT time which they couldn't even tell me when that " start '' date would happen! I need some kind of clarification as to WHEN I can expect my money. This was money I was needing to live off of while being XXXX. I tried to not even use that card for a few months but have now been needing to. I have used up most other resources and would really like this to have some kind of resolution not just a wait and wait until they get to it??
