hi, on XX/XX/2021 i purchased a XXXX XXXX ( as pictured on the website. with these specifications ) for full price of {$490.00}. with my CHASE FREEDOM CARD. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX i got the stroller and realized right away it was a fraudulent XXXX copy. ( worth 200 $ ) it didn't say anywhere XXXX. i right away replied to the confirmation email i received that i want to return it. but no response. i tried calling but no answer. basically this website is a fraud. and unfortunately i only realized after. so many ppl put bad reviews. i called chase the same day to dispute the charge. i was told not to return it till we hear back from the company. at this point the website is closed and company isn't reachable. chase kept closing the dispute saying that their merchant verified the charge ( duh, obviously ) cuz i purchased it. but they are not helping me out with this claim. i have no where to return it, i don't need it. i purchased a real version on XXXX. these XXXX copies are junk and break on you. ( hearing from ppls experiences ) i asked chase if they have the companies info, they don't. they keep closing the dispute, i am very frustrated and hope you can help me. also on the box is a invoice from XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX for {$200.00}. so basically they stole my money and sent a XXXX item i cudve purchased myself on XXXX XXXX. there is no info on the " XXXX company called XXXX ''
