I wish to complain about the charges brought up by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( ambulance transport service, Creditor Account Number xx-xxxxxx ) which happened 9 years ago. And on XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter in the mail dated XX/XX/XXXX, from which WAKEFIELD & ASSOCIATES, is asking me to pay {$3000.00} in behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX that had accrued interest of 7.00 % from the service date XX/XX/XXXX. When I read that letter, I contacted one of your representatives ( WAKEFIELD LAKE & ASSOCIATE REPRESENTATIVE ) and he gave his name as XXXX XXXX no last name ). As I spoke to him on the phone, I informed him ( XXXX ) that the amount they ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) gave me thru WAKEFIELD & ASSOCIATES are unfair. XXXX and XXXX are my insurance providers and based on the reviews I read about XXXX XXXX XXXX, most patients ' complaints are about billing ( not billing the insurance providers ). I am permanently XXXXXXXX due to the XXXX XXXX I acquired in the year XXXX. And I'm fully aware that before I was released by the hospital, which I was confined and rehabbed for almost 7 months, that the hospital and other services provided were cleared by XXXX and XXXX that year XXXX. So, me and my spouse know that we are clear of any financial obligations regarding my hospitalization. Finally, as XXXX ( WAKEFIELD & ASSOCIATES REPRESENTATIVE ) suggested, write them a letter with the reference number XXXX. I am a permanently XXXX person, my medical doctor advised me not to work because I can not handle any XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and as of this date I'm just relying on my family 's support. And the letter that I received from WAKEFIELD & ASSOCIATES puts a lot on me, both XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXPlease HELP ME and kindly intervene in my behalf, so this people/ collection company that represent the interst of their client company will stop any future harrasments of some sort bec. my mind and body can not tolerate such pressures both XXXX XXXX XXXX..thank youXXXX
